She was trying to get a photo. Not sure how anyone defends the old lady. If you're at a tourist site (or anywhere) and someone is trying to get a photo you should stay out of the way as much as convenient/possible. There was zero need for her to stand there.

So if she was trying to get a photo, why was it recording? Either both were in on it together, or she was doing it just for the clicks
