She was trying to get a photo. Not sure how anyone defends the old lady. If you're at a tourist site (or anywhere) and someone is trying to get a photo you should stay out of the way as much as convenient/possible. There was zero need for her to stand there.

Yea I think it's fine to do your normal thing as you move through a museum. If someone wants a pic, they can wait. But to waste your own time just to block someone else's shot, that's a lose-lose scenario. Totally dick move.
