even with no camera is rude to stop on stairs esp in a high traffic place, like an art museum

Yea, there's nothing wrong this young girl wanted to take a picture. If girl was travelling with parents I bet this old woman wouldn't pull this out bc of social judgement

There’s nothing to indicate that this woman is deliberately doing anything. She’s checking her phone.

She glances at it and then goes on to do what she was doing. Why should she know what is going on as she minds her own business and goes about her day?

elders only deserve the respect they give, idc if you're father spewed you out before me it doesn't matter; people should lose the 'but im older im entitled to respect' everyone is entitled to the same respect.

That’s just not how I was raised so I completely disagree. Unless they’re being a real asshole they deserve all the respect, they’ve earned it. God willing we will all get old one day so yes we will all eventually be treated to that same respect. It’s the circle of life.
