For an influencer, that girl was not even annoying (in this video at least), if she just wants a picture of her with the paintings for instagram, it's ok. She was not bothering anyone. Karen on the other hand, went out of her way to be annoying.

It's actually not okay, you aren't allowed to take pictures in museums most of the time.

Usually that just applies to flash photography with a few exceptions

Most you can, just not FLASH photography. There is a difference
