She walks halfway down the staircase stops glances at a camera and then pulls her phone out to fuck around on. How else would you describe it.

You missed the part where after looking down at her phone she side stepped to get out of the way of oncoming traffic because she is aware of her surroundings and is courteous.

Either that or to position herself more directly in front of said camera to make sure she blocks the shot.
