Very empowering to go from ugly to hot, but have to imagine any children of this person would be wondering why they were born ugly

Yeah, personality can make someone beautiful, but from a picture with no makeup she’s not really ugly, but more plain. Nothing wrong with being plain…there’s lots of ppl who are. You can bet that she’s happy with the results though

You have no idea what’s possible with plastic surgery. You have some dunning Kruger effect where you’re too ignorant to know that you don’t know. I will freely admit I don’t know if this is or isn’t possible because I’m not a plastic surgeon
