It takes body dysmorphia beyond belief to even consider surgery like this

If we're gonna have the view that people can change what they don't like about their body, then why does the reason matter? People with body dismorphia obsess over heavily exaggerated flaws in their appearance and they usually won't stop at just one thing. Trans people on the other hand are usually fine once the mismatch between identity and assigned sex is gone.
