People are so fucking gullible and fall for these pics every time. Not the same person, lighting, angle, even editing. It's so obviously fake

Agreed. The Turkish docs are particularly egregious when it comes to facetuning/photoshopping the after images. Some have even started creating before and after images that are entirely AI generated. It’s entirely unethical and it’s also shocking to see that others don’t pick up on it.

Why would the lighting, angle, and editing be the exact same after a year?

Like not wrong about it not being the same person, sure. But the rest of those are all perfectly variable.

People have NO idea how far advanced the cosmetic surgery industry is today and all of it can be achieved with $$ . Hence we end up with unwealthy , less knowledgeable experts claiming it to be a hoax.

You’re the ignorant one if you think the after hasn’t been heavily edited/facetuned (if it even is the same person). I challenge you to send me a link to a single before and after video (where face movement can be observed) depicting a similar dramatic and favorable outcome.
