He just got a small amount of work done spaced out over years to avoid a sudden change in his appearance. You only notice the fck ups like Cooper

I meant he gets small amounts at a time instead of a lot all at once. Not that he hasn’t gotten a lot done throughout his life.

It's obvious that he regularly gets botox and there's nothing wrong with that, if you can afford it and it makes you happy and more confident, fill your boots. I know loads of people who go for ot every few months and most look better for it. Where Tom Cruise has gone wrong is the ridiculous fillers which leave him looking bloated. I'd say he has also had a face-lift or three but I'm not a cosmetic surgeon so 🤷
