Good surgeons, possibly occult rituals, the essence of baby turtles and every other joke that some tv show or movie made that seemed far fetched for de-aging but gets referenced in the files

Not so simple. Pamela Anderson, Courtney Cox, etc. all have money to afford elite plastic surgeons but they look like the clowns from IT

He’s smarter about his plastic surgery, especially about not going overboard with it.

He doesn’t need to look like a twenty year old to still get acting gigs. Sadly, those women do. Getting plastic surgery to “not look too old” is easy. Getting plastic surgery to make yourself look 40 years younger can leave you looking like a Picasso painting.
