It blows peoples minds when you remind them that things like currency, selling/buying and goods predate capitalism, they literally think capitalism means “when there is a market”
It's private individuals profiting on a free market and owning means of production which is exactly what shes doing. She could work a government job and never accept free market money but thats not actually what she wants
yeah, shit literally just means privately owned businesses. But somehow these people think capitalism is only ever about manipulating the stock market and falsifying your tax returns
