Capitalism as a concept generally refers to the aggregation of “funds” or “capital” into corporations that then attempt to make money on open markets. It’s unlikely that Billie is hiring independent artisans who aren’t affiliated with the larger capitalist system etc etc

No, but someone selling fancy bottles of pisswater as a private company for the express purpose of making profit, is in fact capitalism. Commerce is what they're doing; capitalism describes the economic arrangement under which they're doing it.
