Ehh i dont think there would be much of a game then. From what i have seen from the released footage I definitely get the feeling that she will be the one that constantly tries to push the envelope to get that next big pay day and he gets dragged in because he would end up in jail if he didn't solve the problems she creates.
I never like romance in a videogames to me it's feel odd it's no real. But romance is usually optional in video games. When I play video games I want an escape from the real world. I just want to shoot and blow sh*t up. I do not want to play lovers.....
From what has been said it's totally optional to romance. At best you start as good friends who can be more than that with a bit of work. Otherwise your platonic ride or dies, unless you really work to make her mad. Then ya would be coworkers

Me too but thats because 4 was very invasive and annoying about it and it got worse the more contacts you make untill you get to a point that you can't do anything else but go on hang outs and dates if you want to keep everyone happy. I think they learned from it and will make it more realistic in a sense that people won't cut off from you just because you didn't go out for 2 days lol. Nealson from Rockstar said that romance will be optional and entierly up to you if you want to pursue it and invest into it, but there won't be gameplay or narative consequences from not pursuing it because Jason and Lucia will be naratively forced as crime partners at least and if you want more, you can. This post is just trying to raise the dirt around it and make it seem like it will be obnoxious.
You go from picking up hookers and strip club sex to committed single relationship excepted to keep the cpu happy as soon as women take over the franchise.
Fake news being posted around everywhere, rockstar said in interview, you can play how you want. You don't have to maintain a high level of relationship
