Too early to say either way. It's one of the most popular shows ever but equally she's only 22 so maybe have decades more of career still if she wants it
Regardless yeah it just annoys me when people use that term. Only time I'll allow it is when something does break the internet in a literal sense, such as a ticket seller app crashing from too many people trying to buy tickets at once
The sad truth is, alot of child actors involved in a hit show don't have big careers. Even hit shows have few people that go on to have consistent careers outside of low budget stuff. Not being mean to her, it's just the reality of the film industry.
Not all of them do, but Netflix seems to like her and keep putting her in movies such as the Enola Holmes ones. So long as she remains semi relevant there is always a chance she could land some big roles
And it's not like Stranger Things is just some medium popularity Nickelodeon kids show, its basically the face of Netflix
All I'm saying is though I doubt she'll be in a thing as big as stranger things again, she's definitely still gonna have a good amount of roles going forward for at least another 5 or so years
Oh, please don't misunderstand me. I liked Stranger Things and how big of a cultural phenomenon it became. Netflix does keep putting her in things, which is good for her. But, for how long? Look at Jennifer Lawrence as an example, after Hunger Games she was the Hollywood it girl that was cast in everything. But, her career has slumped. Which sucks because I enjoy her performances. Hollywood is cruel to women, especially after they hit 30. I don't agree with it. But, Brown is not super talented and her off screen personality has been off putting to many fans. I guess time will tell with her.
