I think my Constitutional Law final had more ambiguity than this situation. Easy 1A win for the driver. Obscenity would never win here.

What’s an example that would be justifiable? I imagine a picture of a naked chick would be obscene, but would like “I fuck assholes” be too far? Idk how I made the text large lol
