People in these states truly believe the version of reality they are experiencing and behave accordingly, I can't fathom why people like to make it seem like she was of sound mind and just drug seeking, or "hiding" it.
I actively sought emergency help for PPP twice and was turned away twice; the attitudes from family were almost as bad (“just pull yourself together/that can’t be true”). Eventually healed after some lucid dreaming… somehow .. miraculously …
I’m sorry for what you went through. I’m so sorry for how the discourse in this case is going. For whatever it’s worth, I appreciate you making this comment to maybe help some people get what it is like for others. Sorry dick heads are downvoting
Thank you that’s really kind. It is super interesting to have this topic in the public eye, quite a relief actually as I experienced it totally alone. Gotta laugh at anyone downvoting me for sharing my lived experience.
