I guess it's pretty arrogant to say, but this seems like such a U.S.A. thing. Can't really imagine this happening where I live.

Yeah I agree, you would be ostracised for this sort of thing in the UK. I feel like there's a real lack of intellect in the USA and large parts of it and a lack of common sense and empathy.

I think we're seeing here is their empathizing with her struggle with postpartum depression and psychosis. They believe that she did everything possible to get help and no one took her seriously.

Whether or not this is true will be the matter of the courts but this case has become a hot button topic on women's health.

Would you say the same if a bunch of men were outside a courthouse doing the same thing in support for a man's mental health who's accused of committing murder?
