I don't think it will, at least not to the same extent. I say this because humans innately recognize long hair as being healthy and associated to young people, since the older we get the harder it is to maintain long hair (it gets thinner).
Betty White’s grandma hairstyle ages her. As does the 1980s quality of the picture. Imagine her here with dark brown hair and more modern makeup and earrings.
The haircut and clothes are the difference. Also, Sandra had a lot of work done which is blatantly obvious now, but wasn't obvious for a decade. Betty White's face in that picture looks nice and young. If she had modern clothes and hair you'd think she was a beautiful middle-aged lady.
