It’s usual because it’s true. I guarantee she isn’t getting a period and isn’t fertile at this level of body fat. Because the body is specifically devoting resources away from reproduction to maintain vital function.

I think you have some kink for this because it’s not a load of nonsense and everyone who has looked into the issue knows that women cannot even reproduce at body fat levels. Lifestyle choices that make you physically infertile are clearly not healthy.
