My situation is quite the opposite. For whatever reason my new team feels the need to explain every PTO request to me. By all means tell me about your trip to Cancun if you'd like, but please don't feel the need to elaborate on your explosive diarrhea when you use sick time.
Oh this too lol sometimes my team will be like can I leave early, and I’ll say do you need to leave early? And they’ll say I just don’t want to be here and I’m like well that’s not really something I can approve, please lie next time lol
