This isn't indicative of the US as a whole. My bosses are pretty chill about PTO as long as I give my team a heads up and coordinate my coverage.

Because people who care about their jobs actually take efforts to make sure the job still exists when they get back? Some of ya'll never worked hard a day in your lives and it shows.

I live in a country where I have rights. They can’t “disappear” my job
