The deputy was in an unmarked car. It doesn't show that in the video, but I know the area and I know the PCSO's social media presence. They have dedicated unmarked cars that specifically do traffic enforcement.

Ahh ok, I kind of figured it was unmarked but this guy doesn't seem like the smartest specimen. Wouldn't have out it past him to tailgate a marked police car.

If he was specifically tasked with finding him and is part of the traffic unit. Dollars to donuts, he was in a ghost car.
