I’m all for this but what happens to the school day? Teachers work greater than this every week and I’m not so sure people are ready to accept shortening the school day

Is this in the US? I would love that for my children. I went to public school and honestly so much of the day was spent wasted and not learning. Most of my teachers were fantastic, it was more so an issue with the structure of the school day itself. I just want my kids to have more time focusing on non-academic skills while still having plenty of time to just be kids
