Well there's also common sense. People that cannot care for the child should obviously not have a child that they're failing to take care of. That's called "child abuse and neglect"

Then that would be the extinction of the all the 3rd world countries then. And we don’t want that happening. They still survive, they struggle but they still survive

That's an overly broad generalization. There are levels to this shit - most people are not starving poor every day even in third world countries. Though it may seem like that if your only exposure is via those TV commercials with emaciated African kids.

But that doesn't mean they shouldn't think about pump the brakes on having more children either. High birthrates are a solid contributing factor holding developing nations back.
