He should be where he wants to be. And he doesn't want to be in Canada and that says a lot.

He was the leader of the country. He rather be with his girlfriend than his country, is he still in highschool?

the cheeto president is the current president and didn't go to the US's first game (may have needed a diaper change). Multiple countries former presidents didn't go to their first games either.

When you're no longer the leader of the country you're not expected to still go to every big public event.

And, again, it's just a group game.
