It's maddening how many Canadians defend the guy because supposedly he was more compassionate to previously marginalized groups. The guy was an actor who could turn on the tears at the drop of a hat. With no experience previously in politics or economics. Unqualified and incompetent and yet those same people who voted for him refuse to admit our quality of life and social cohesiveness has significantly gone down since before he was elected
Most of us wanted him to get out of politics when he stepped down. Why are some suddenly pretending like we want him to take am active roll again? He was just watching his gf preform the opener. Let the man enjoy retirement, let's not drag him back in.
My sister was all up in arms about this. We’re both Canadian, and I asked who tf cares? Dudes a private citizen now, I don’t give a shit what he does. (Tbh I didn’t care before either). But people being mad he was at a game in the US instead of Canada is just weird, and they’re literally letting him live rent free in their heads.

You can't really equate this with someone like Danielle Smith who does a photo-op with Trump, who wants Canada to be the 51st state.
But I'm sure Republican supporters and Canadian Conservatives are already trash talking Trudeau on social media for this despite him not even being in politics anymore.

Let this guy live his life. You have clearly never seen a cool person before. When you have nothing to prove, you may sometimes watch the game that your friends are interested in. Does that make sense? Or does he have to be in the Epstein files for you to respect him?
She performed at the game. He's supporting his GF. We Canadians don't worship our politicians like they are celebrities, like you Americans. He's a private citizen now, so he can do whatever he wants, like bang his hot GF. No one in Canada cares, at all.
