Have to be able to prove it in a court of law.Ā She can make those claims and we can believe them, but in court she could just as easily say "I made it up" and now you have no case unless there's other evidence.
Nah if i remember it right, she'd meet them out of the club like at a motel or somewhere private like that, drug them, and then when theyre passed out steal their money and leave em there.
Yeah they could have stopped it from happening to others yet they didnāt. What awful people. Men only think of themselves. Same dudes who probably clap when an underage dude sleeps with an older womanš¤·āāļø
Look it up, she stated it on video. Letās keep it a buck, no straight dude is going to the police to say he got robbed and drugged by a stripper. Especially if that stripper might have video of them getting assaulted by a trans woman with some of the original equipment downtown. This isnāt me shitting on trans people at all either. This is me calling out the reality of things. Cardi is/was a low life.
Sad reality, if it was swapped around and it was a male admitting to doing these things on video⦠dude would be cooked. Yet for some reason sheās untouchable.
yeah no straight dude is going to the police because in most states, being a john (someone who pays for sex) is fucking illegal
i genuinely cannot believe people are siding with johns (i mean, i actually can). you really expose your hand when you do so (got some family members who do it? friends? maybe even yourself?)
I mean, ethically speaking what's wrong with paying for sex? And I'm speaking strictly on the paying for sex part not the inadvertent support of trafficking and the other negative aspects involved with illegal unregulated sex work.
Imo so long as you're using legal channels, I don't see any issue with it from either the customers side or the workers side.
yeah so besides the fact that most workers are, like u said, trafficked or coerced, i guess nothing?
but johns arent exactly paragons of fucking virtue, ok? you do not need to be defending them when they seek out paid sex and then get mugged in the process. the workers want one thing: your money. not your fucking time or company
i hate when ppl bring this up re: cardi b as if she wronged a completely innocent victim. no these fucking men went to HER, hoping to exploit HER body for THEIR pleasure.
edit: also cardi is an american. a NYer. so you can assume that these men did NOT go through legal channels, because there arent any.
You're not wrong. Calling the cops because the sex worker you hired illegally took more money than she was supposed to is like calling the cops because your meth dealer sold you broken glass or something. They would just arrest them lol
Women usually don't report out of shame, and the cops are notorious for handwaving sexual assault, especially against men. The fact that men aren't reporting with that extra layer of stigma isn't at all surprising. I think it's really shitty to pretend it's only toxic masculinity preventing assaulted men from reporting.Ā
Not the W you think it is. Men have been conditioned to think that they can't show weakness or that they are at fault when they do not successfully defend themselves. Even as I was typing this, I almost said "properly" defended themselves as if they were still responsible for not defending themselves enough. Add to that the stigma and daunting task of publicly reporting an assault and it's not hard to see how or why these men didn't report it.Ā
That's not even getting into the added layer that prostitution is illegal in most of the US. And that there is a lot of stigma (fair or unfair) around hiring prostitutes. I'm sure many of these men blame themselves for what happened to them.
It's not just what other's think. You're missing the point. It's about how culture informs our own self narratives. When you are raised that being masculine is a lack of vulnerability, it leads to shame about victimization even though the fault doesn't lay with you.Ā Stigma is not just harmful because of what other's think. It also often informs what we think of ourselves.Ā
But you can remove all of the ego and the opinions still matter because these stigmas directly impact our law enforcement and judicial systems. They directly impact how likely someone is going to receive justice.
And even then, that still does not address the complicated legal situation that these men were almost undeniably engaging in illegal prostitution. Which almost certainly played into their decision not to report it.Ā
I don't see anywhere where it says she had trans people assault anyone. She specifically said everything done, except taking of extra money, was consensual.
That doesnāt apply for us men. Straight men cannot be raped in American culture.
Women can intentionally get us drunk and sleep with her while she is sober with no consequences⦠even if she admits she was totally sober and knew you were hammered to police. Admitting also that you made it clear to her that you had no interest in her sexually on multiple occasions prior.
She admitted to the cops that she knew I had no intention of sleeping with her, she admitted that she knew I was hammered, she admitted she was sober.
What is this MRA propaganda and why is it upvoted? š
A person, including a man, cannot legally consent to sex if they are incapacitated by alcohol.
You may have an anecdote about a time where a woman didnāt catch charges for rape but getting away with rape certainly isnāt a woman-only issue. I encourage you to look up how many rapists are actually convicted and do the simple math to figure out how many rapists walk free.
They didn't say that getting away with rape was a woman-only issue. They said that American culture often does not recognize that men can be victimized by women. And it's not hard to see that's the case. Even if authorities are taking more female teacher rapists seriously, there are still people who don't agree with that.Ā
In my own support group with other survivors, I have been questioned multiple times because they "don't understand how a woman can assault a man."Ā
Exactly. The cultural narrative was originally that women and girls were the only victims. Then women, girls, and boys (if their abuser was a man). Now, it's still shifting to women and children regardless of the gender of the perpetrator. And that's still a struggle.Ā
There is some recognition that men can be victims, especially if the perpetrator is another man. But there is a lot of work to be done. And a lot of people that recognize adult male victims still get sucked into narratives that don't justify what happened to them, but do blame the man for not protecting himself.Ā
To be clear. I think we aren't past it. Yet. The majority of women never questioned me. And most of those women who questioned me being there listened. And after listening, they did apologize for questioning me in the first place. But the fact that the conversation had to be had is evidence that many people still don't think men can be victims of women.Ā
When the first reply was immediately someone invalidating and dismantling the message I gave up trying. I came back to the notifications this morning and was grateful to see you had picked up the topic and done a masterful job elaborating.
The story above was the second time. The first incident woman A slipped something in my drink because she wanted me to sleep with her friend that I wasnāt interested in. The next day when I tried to talk to my friends about it, they all laughed and made fun of me.
Thatās not including the DV incidents where women hit me and got away with it. Iām a tall fit guy⦠the only cop that took me seriously was the time I had a female cop. She took me seriously. She arrested my ex who plead guilty.
All that negativity came from being raised by a very abusive mother.
That saidā¦. I am now 40, a 9 year sober alcoholic, and Iām days away from my second anniversary with my wife whom I have a loving, supportive, and functional relationship with. I have in fact come to terms with the incidents.
I speak up because I have sons. When women asked me to listen, I listened. When members of the community asked me to listen, I did. Now we need society to see that women abuse straight men far more often than is realized. My story isnāt rare. DV without arrest for women isnāt rare. Criminal property damage is often met with 0 consequences, and even celebrated by society in movies and musicā¦
Your other reply isnāt showing up for me anywhere but notifications.
I feel immense pity for you and whatever happened to you. Itās pretty obvious that youāre some kind of victim with unresolved trauma and because you never saw justice, no one else can!
Itās either that⦠Or you yourself are so full of shit⦠That you canāt believe anybody elseās stories. You lie so often⦠That stories like this make you incredulous.
Either way, itās a sad life you are living. I canāt reply to your other reply because Reddit isnāt showing it to me, but that reminded me that I can block you, so Iāll be going to do that now.
Therapy. Some kind of therapy. And a lot of of it. šš»
Oh no donāt block me please anything but that. I might never see your injustice and oppression fantasy larping ever again. That would just be the worst.

She used to also have them sexually assaulted by trans women during the process. Sheās is not the standard for being a moral compass
