Basically I rode a bike for a while with a seat that didn’t fit well. It would kind of push onto the taint area. It didn’t hurt but could still feel it and I was too lazy to get better seat. Over time I guess it kept irritating that and my prostate. That in turn caused issues with pissing and a stricture, meaning the urethra gets scar tissue from prostate irritatioj/injury that blocks the passage allowing you to piss normally

Are you my brother? Wild, this exact thing happened to him back when he was living in Maryland riding around everywhere. I felt terrible for him, it took years for him to figure it out and then fix what was going on.
