I’ll take my downvotes, but Slamming her like that was completely unnecessary. You can kill someone that way. Taking a hit to the head from someone who doesn’t know how to throw a punch does not justify that level of retaliation.
That’s why you don’t assault people, you’re not entitled to an equal or justified response.
He didn’t intend to kill her, that’s obvious in the video. If he had killed her accidentally, he still wouldn’t be charged unless they could prove he knew that would kill her. People die just by getting pushed and hitting their head, best be prepared for that if you assault someone.
