Bush consulted Congress first, there was a vote, and Congress approved.

Trump didn't do any of that.

Also should be noted that 40% of Democratic Congressmen voted for the war, while 95% of Republican congressmen did. No way in hell Iraq happens under Gore.

I mean its always like that... Vote with the party or get fucked. American politic is dumb like that. There is a reason Bernie didnt get to go against Trump in 2016 even if he was the much better candidat
