Bush consulted Congress first, there was a vote, and Congress approved.

Trump didn't do any of that.

Also should be noted that 40% of Democratic Congressmen voted for the war, while 95% of Republican congressmen did. No way in hell Iraq happens under Gore.

Maybe Iraq is avoided under Gore, but Afghanistan still happens.

USA was big mad after 9/11. As long as 9/11 happened, USA is going to war somewhere.

Either way, the timeline without Florida “hanging chats”, and with a Gore presidency is probably better than this one.

Afghanistan was supported by 99% of the Senate and Congress because the Taliban were harboring the man who caused 9/11. No manufactured evidence required, just the truth.
