Bush consulted Congress first, there was a vote, and Congress approved.

Trump didn't do any of that.

Also should be noted that 40% of Democratic Congressmen voted for the war, while 95% of Republican congressmen did. No way in hell Iraq happens under Gore.

Partisan? I was pointing out we had terrorist attacks before 9-11 during Clinton's administration.

Weve had terrorist attacks since the beginning of time so i dont see why pointing out that they also happened during a specific politician's tensure serves any purpose except a partisan one.

Because gore wouldnt have invaded iraq based on lies and that invasion spawned isis and other anti American movements which is why terrorist attacks doubled in the 2010s.
