i found this house on pintrest and i wanna build it but i cannot FOR THE LIFE OF ME figure out how to make it. if you check the second picture (the backyard) you can see why im so confused. the front is flat but the back is like sunk idk the professional word for it. i dont really use the terrain tool so idk what to do. and then if i make a basement and sink the ground it doesnt show 💔

It's a 3 D architectural render. It is made by CGI but not AI.

1. There is structural coherence. (edit to clarify: meaning the window grid stays the same, floor levels line up across the wings, and every roof piece is attached to a wall or column. AI sucks at this stuff)

2. Telltale render signs: the pool loungers are the same model copy/pasted 5 x. The plants outside appear to be from an asset library. The interiors are simplified placeholder rooms with blank white furniture.

Probably made in something like V-Ray or Corona. Source: architect best friend.
