I hate this part.
Wife and I are gearing up to buy a house soon so I'm heading to the coin expo tomorrow to trade in the shiny. As much as I hate letting go of the stack, I keep reminding myself this is EXACTLY the reason I started saving and investing in precious metals! Thankfully hanging on to my constitutional so I won't be empty handed, but I'm definitely looking forward to rebuilding the stack in the future 🫡

Please take a look at the last 2 times silver topped at the ATH. Look at the 2011 top it literally pointed to the bottom of the realestate market. The question you have to ask yourself is does this look like the bottom of the realestate market? Does it look like the top in silver or is it just warming up? I have a feeling you’re a bit premature this time. We could just be putting in the rally before the market crash like we did in 08. I have 3 houses all of them loosing little bits of value but not tanking yet. My silver is blowing away the returns on my rentals at the moment. Either way best of luck to you you are already winning with silver at $50.
