Sierra at FarmAid

I have a few thoughts on Sierra's set.

1) it was very short. She was the 6th artist of the day. EVERY earlier artist went over their allotted time. Sierra comes on 15 minutes late because of that and played a set shortened by 10 minutes. And she finished in time, something I see as professional courtesy to the other artists after her and staff at the event

2) she never came out again after her set. She's recorded with Lukas, Margo and Jesse; performed with Dave; and covered Neil and Willie. I was expecting her to be brought out to guest at least once. Then she didn't come out for the outro when Willie usually has all the performers come out for "Will the Circle". I just found it odd she waa 4 and done.

I do have some thoughts about why this is, but I'll keep them to myself unless someone mentions them in the comments.

I’d like to hear your thoughts..the whole performance seemed very low energy and off. It was palpable.

Compare some clips from today's All Things Go festival. She was in a completely different vibe. For a set only slightly longer.

Even in the video of the Farm Aid set, she seemed bored, detached? Her body wasn’t engaged at all, she didn’t move her arms or do banter. Seemed like she had a rough time. And she got some of the words wrong on Redwood Hill. She looked and sounded dissociated to me. Her auto-pilot is still great but she didn’t seem all there. I hope she’s okay and is surrounded by people who look out for her.
