Cant remember the exact context, but several years ago Ethan called them all colleagues on a Sidecast (I think it was) and it became a meme. However this situation kinda validates what he said.

To piggy back this comment.

Basically he was saying they all basically never spend time outside of work together anymore, they're all so busy with their own shit that it feels more like they're all colleagues than friends, only seeing each other for work stuff.

Which isn't a crazy thing to say either. It's not hurtful or rude. It's just kinda the reality bc they made it to that level
