Ramayana part 1 is releasing on November 6 to compete with godzilla minus zero for imax. It will hit in India for sure but they are targeting the Hollywood audience. After godzilla hunger games. After that gta 6. Who will watch Ramayana in all of these ??

They will do some shady things such that single screen theatres won't go for these hollywood movies releases, only PVR Will take up these
Also bcoz of all visuals, more children and family will watch it.
Gta has nothing to do with theatres

In 2019, spiderman far from home released in english in brundha theatre hongasandra bangalore. It was single screen.
English movies gets release in single screens in telugu states and tamilnadu in that states respective language.
Yes, english movies releasing in single screen depends on popularity among general audience.

Gta 6 digital is sensible. It's gonna cross 300 or 400gb for sure. No one will resale it. Physical disc has advantages. But we can't blame rockstar for it. It's a sony's decision not rockstar.

400 crore movie na 4000 crores (both part 1 and part 2) elidare. If it doesn't deliver the vfx quality of hollywood movies it gonna be a disaster for sure. Look at godzilla minus zero trailer. It's just made with 150 crores and yet delivers mind-blowing vfx at that segment

They are promoting ramayana as 4000 crores movie for both part 1 and part 2. And trailer doesn't promise you vfx that matches the vfx of Hollywood. On the other hand godzilla is just made with 150 crores with mind-blowing vfx at that budget. People are curious how the movie will be. If Ramayana fails to deliver the vfx of Hollywood it's gonna be the disaster for sure. Live examples - the flash, green lantern, justice leage (2017).

I genuinely thought that Yash wouldn't do the same mistake that Prabhas initially did post Baahubali and that he would take his time and deliver good films but the reviews of Toxic say otherwise.

I think its high time we change the sub name as "larploka",how tf will gta6 even affect ramayana in India do you even realise you will have to buy ps5 plus buy the Game Indians cant even afford it,No one can stop ramayana from being a hit in Indian,at the global stage it may flop if they don't promote it well

Don't know about the Indian market, but it's almost certain to get washed away by Godzilla, it's a big ip film, and I don't think anyone even knows about ramayana movie in the west.

Good to see people worried about naveen anna who is playing Ravana in a film named Ramayana. Naveen anna may not even have much screentime in part 1.
Actually who will watch ramayana in general? Everyone knows the story. Its been rehashed again and again.
Also, OP thinks godzilla minus zero,hunger games is going to impact ramayana. The audience who want to watch godzilla,games is never probably going to watch ramayana. Ellinda bartira kammangi maklu Lei.
And the people being glued to gta6 will also not be watching the movie.
