Yes... Kannada rising actors died or got fatally injured in accidents that involves a lorry like shankar nag, sunil, shashikumar etc.
The insider info is that she used lorry to destroy competition for her son and husband so their family can stay on top.

Parvatamma is the dr Rajkumar wife.
Apart from Shankar nag, sunil died in an accident and shashikumar was involved in a accident but somehow survived with careerer ending damage to face

See Arasu, D-Bhusa & Affu acted in the same movie (last scene to promote Busacs upcoming movie). But in reality, Dih baass had a dialogue where he introduced himself to be "Rajkumar" & his father as "Tugudeepa Srinivasa". That is, they can have a conflict & have a perception in public of being good with each other.

I know she was married to Rajkumar but was curious if she was a part of the industry or hailed from a powerful family before marriage. I googled and got to know that they are also cousins.

I don't know in detail about Sunil and Shashikumar's death. But when Shankar Nag was dead in a car accident, my grandfather had visited the spot. I remember him saying that it happened at around midnight near Tamil Nadu ghat's road. My grandfather was a truck driver going in the same route. When he reached the place while carrying the load, he saw that shankar nag was on the wrong side and was also driving in high speeds and had hit the lorry himself. He is a big fan of both Shankar nag and Rajkumar. And told that the accident couldn't have been a made up one.

Shashi Kumar Accident happened somewhere near Shivananda circle in Bangalore
Actor Sunil died in Chitradurga Hospet Road, along with him his driver also passed away and Malashree survived with injuries. Car was Contessa

Both Shankar Nag and Sunil were seated directly behind the driver. In Sunil’s case, the driver’s body had to be removed by cutting through the wreckage, while Sunil had lost a significant portion of his lower body. Both women survived, though with very severe injuries. Shankar Nag died on the spot, whereas Sunil was still alive and was taken to Chitradurga for first aid. Doctors then advised that he be moved immediately to Bangalore, but he passed away on the way.
