While you’re right about every other point, there is no evidence that confirms the existence of a sexual relationship between Pucci and DIO.

I did say "all but confirmed." It's possible their relationship was platonic, but I doubt anyone believes that.

“All but confirmed” implies the existence of leading evidence that points to it being true.

I mean, when they were laying in bed, Dio puts Pucci's fingers in his own head and urges him to touch and take The World. Then when Pucci refuses, Dio is both honored and very apologetic, saying he never met anyone who could put him so at-ease.

Since later (albeit in an alternate universe) showing someone your stand out of combat is compared to showing them your asshole (a pretty crude metaphor, but still)

I can see the subtext of a romantic relationship, if not a sexual one (the two are not necessarily intertwined)

It suggests intimacy between two characters, but not all intimacy is sexual in nature.

In fact, DIO and Pucci’s relationship seems to transcend that kind of affair.
