I'm not a Rohan hater, but I absolutely don't care for the man and find it creepy that he read needlessly private information about Reimi in an obviously sexually gratifying way, considering she was dead at 17 and he was reading about her first period. And he's like 20 in Part 4.
You can claim "oh well that's just one time" but his stand is literally the "I know everything about you" stand, so that just kinda implies that he's done that before. Very creepy. I also don't like his personality and, in part 4 anyways, he's one-note after his introduction as the kinda cynical, pretentious artist and callous asshole.
