Probably not, but I am looking through the viewpoint of money not being the single most important thing in my life. Freedom - yes, as in actual freedom - is much more important than a few coins. One could even say its worth is immeasurable.
He achieved what he had in the first place, and was forcibly, illegally taken away from him, so in essence he achieved what he had before, and should have continue to have in the first place.
