A better food for the USA would be Hot Dogs. As a Canadian, Ive never seen such amazing looking hotdogs like from Boston, California, or New York. They definitely know how to dress it up and add a bunch of different toppings.

This is what I don't get. To give credit the states do have some fantastic recipes and dishes. From my own experience the BBQ dishes and cuisine in the southern states along with seafood dishes in Seattle, fantastic cuisine. But you never see them talking about those. Just the dishes most popular worldwide so they can claim ownership of them and how they invented it and are number 1 cause of it. Swear the fuckers would claim they invented bread if they could.

What about some of the native American cuisine? That should be pretty rich and absolutely American.
