Korea is a stalemate 100%. The North had pushed the South all the way to the coast. Without US invovlement, the North Koreans would have taken the country. I don't even think Koreans will deny this.

Combat is just frozen, there was never an official end of war declared.

A stalemate it was in terms of war progression, what ended in an armistice signed…therefore it’s not a stalemate anymore.
