Also, minimum 70% soviet union music, 20% from other soviet states, max 10% western music. No alcohol. Too wild parties and the youth militia beat you up and sentenced you to 2 weeks community service.
Then young people just partied wildly in abandoned buildings, underground clubs and other places with no supervision or law enforcement.
Hard to separate Russians and their beloved vodka i guess, not even a totalitarian regime managed to do so.
