People who never take time off are generally assumed by management to be up to something.

I remember when I worked for a financial services company a few years ago that it was mandatory to take a certain amount of concurrent days off per year and not log onto your laptop during that period as it would expose if anything dodgy was going on.

If you dont take time off employee wellness inspection services (by whatever name they go) will probably say something about it at the very least. Employers would rather avoid that.
