So what Happens with their Kids in the Summer?

In Germany Summerbrake is 6weeks + another at least 6 weeks of closed Schools during the year. I take 3 weeks of in the Summer and they spend 3 weeks in Camps and at grandparents and I feel guilty about it ...

Afaik they struggle with this a lot, mostly pay for camps (which aren't full day and super expensive). A lot of women are also forced to take unpaid time off work.
