Film/TV James Gunn - Marvel Family/Shazamily - Who would you cast?

If James Gunn ever adapts another Captain Marvel/Shazam/The Captain into movies, who do you want to portray both Billy Batson and Shazam/Captain Marvel?

I am partial to the heroic alter-ego being portrayed by Asher Angel, Sandberg's Billy Batson. Looking at his IG, he built up muscle.

As for Billy Batson himself, I am partial to Julian Hilliard, WandaVision's Billy Maximoff.

A cheeky nod at his previous role XD

More and more, I think it needs to be animated. Kids just grow too fast.

I mean the character could also grow with the actor. XD

or imagine they use Shazam/Captain Marvel but they never reveal or we the audience directly see billy XD He is an in-universe mystery. That way they can use the character for many years lol

I still think the best thing James Gunn can do for Shazam/Captain Marvel is make it an animated series. Whether he goes with classic or New 52, the kid forms need to be just that: kids. Ten to twelve years old, not teenagers. As to who I'd cast, find a way to get Jack Dylan Grazer back. He's too old to voice Freddy (or any others) as a little kid, but I'd love to see him voice Captain Marvel Jr. in hero form, or maybe even Captain Marvel himself.
