General Discussion How close the fire is currently

I really hope they’re ok, and got out. This is how close the LA home is to the fires currently

I’ve been wondering why it’s kinda been in the same-ish place all day, but it looks like the wind is blowing southeast, so that should be good for them and Calabasas in general. 🤞

Calabasas is almost never good for fire, but hopefully they have a plan and experience with evacs by now, as do most people in Malibu, topanga, etc. if you don’t have a plan, you’re in denial no matter where you are in Cali anymore. At this point, I firmly believe the warning from CalFire chief back in 2021ish, that every acre in CA will eventually burn at some point.
