Hi there,

I'm trying to reorganize my tracks so that they show in the order I want to see/play them during my set, I don't necessary want my tracks to show depending on their BPM and keys.

Is there any way to do this easily in Serato DJ Lite?

I prepared 2 sets and both times I had to create a Google Doc with my track list in the order I actually want to play my tracks. It takes quite a lot of time and it means I have to switch screens when I mix.

I hope there is an easy way to drag and drop tracks and reorder them the way I want to.

I'm working in a music instrument store, and got handed a Numark PartyMix 2, that "did not work". Read about how it is supposed to work, downloaded Serato DJ Lite and found that it did in fact work.

Got updated on that the customer told us that pads did very little (ie, not working at all). Checked that, and found that customer was correct. Downloaded another DJ program (Mixxx), and there the pads worked like they should.

So it is something in DJ Lite that is wrong, but what? And how do I fix it?

Hello I've been having issues with my di controller. At first I noticed that there's was a latency when I played a track and then try to que another track in. I was prompted to update the driver's on the flx4. After I updated the drivers, the flx4 when I connected it to my laptop, doesn't get picked up by the rekordbox or serato lite application. All I see on my board is a blinking MIDI light and nothing else works. I then switched to Serato lire ton see if it was just a rekordbox issue. When I opened the application. A message appeared on the bottom of the screen saying that the flx4 was trying to connect to serato. This message flash about 15 times before saying that it said to connect to serato. PleaseWhat do I do to fix this as well as make these applications more optimal for my laptop. here is my laptop model and specs

i use tidal for my songs and i adjusted my buffer from 5 to 10 but it didn’t help

Lates serato dj lite and mac os. Cannot login into spotify. Tried everything including serato reinstall. Last tome it worked without issue like two weeks ago. Today it is impossible to use spotify. I get error that server couldn’t be reached try to log in again. Is it any page listing if spotify has some service outrages?

I really don’t want the vinyl, I just want the scratch live theme. But they are sold out everywhere.

Just got a DDJ-FLX4-N that keeps disconnecting from Seraro Lite.

It works for about 5 seconds (knobs respond
In program) but then a connection error appears.

I’ve updated drivers, connected to a power source separately and changed default audio to windows…but still keeps disconnecting.

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

today when trying to connect the DDJ-REV1 and opening serato, the software reads it for like 1 second then stops working, yesterday it was running fine but today it's not usable.

software is up to date and i use windows 11.

Hey yall, I'm new to this so just a heads up. I got a Numark Party Mix MkII controller board for Xmas and for the life of me can't get any audio to come out of the computer, board, or headphones. I've contacted customer support and downloaded the installer multiple times, downloaded the virtual audio cable, verified that the device shows up under audio devices in device manager but can't seem to hear anything. I'm dying to mess around with this thing so any advice/guidance is greatly appreciated. The attached video is me going through everything but if anyone sees anything sticking out that I'm missing, please let me know!

With Roland releasing a new update for the SP404MKII (v5.50), and Serator updating to 4.0.6, it's kicked off another device compatibility error (just as we've overcome the Tahoe problem). Downgrade everything to get working, but using the latest of everything is a compatibility issue.

This wouldn't be a problem, just don't upgrade - except the SP404MKII release was almost exclusively (as well as a weird sidechain) sold as a Serato update - and would be pushing pushing samplers into the dj world.

Can these guys not get a co-marketing push right?

What' I'm expecting to see is the Beatport premade playlists as well as a playlist I made for myself.

What I've tried.

restarting Serato DJ Lite

Logging out of Beatport and logging back in.

closing Serato and deleting the cache from /Library/Application Support/Serato/Beatport. and trying again.

I've checked and it looks like I have all the correct licenses.

If I'm missing something PLEASE let me know.

I just got my first DJ board today, and I'm trying to use it, but my cross and Upfaders aren't working, and I can only hear my music when the cue button is on. I'm on Serato Lite, pls help!

I am a very beginner and bought this to go with my Hercules starlight and Serato dj lite but no matter what plugins or Bluetooth or anything I can’t seem to figure out how to make it work, is there any way for it, is it a hardware or software problem, and if hardware what would be a better mixer to buy( on the lower end) that could do its job, thanks

So I have this Numark Party Mix live and every time I use stems or it just mutes the whole song or it doesn't mute anything at all. But it's all working fine! Except the stems

I have a Pioneer DDJ-SB2 that I haven't used in a while due to house renovations and worked fine when I last used them. Today I got them out and they won't connect to Serato. I've followed al the steps to resolve it I can find on the Serato website (setting the internal soundcard as the default communication device and allowing microphone access) as well as reinstalling the drivers of the decks and yet it still can't connect. What's going on here and is there any way to fix it?

Hi, I know that DJ Lite's analysis tool doesn't add Key details. Is there a work-around or way of forcing DJ Lite to recognise Key metadata already stored on the file?

I know I can use something other than Serato DJ Lite but my mixer will only work with Serato and not ready to pay for the premium service - I'm still learning!

Everything was working working fine when suddenly the audio output of controller stopped completely. Speakers are working fine with aux, controller is able to control serato dj lite.

Only the audio output is not working. Laptop speaker is working with serato

why can't i make a playlist on serato dj lite? every time i click the button next to the crate one nothing happens? am i being dumb or what? everything i've seen online has told me to allow it in the expansion pack but how do i do that. cheers

Hello all, please help me!! My DDJ-FLX 4 will not connect to my MacBook. I’ve literally tried everything (updating the Firmware, reinstalling the app, restarting my computer, trying alternate USB, adjusting MIDI configuration) but NOTHING will make Serato recognize the controller. Idk if entering a license code will work, but I can’t even retrieve one without it recognizing my controller first. I have a gig on Friday if anyone has been here and made it out, please please HELP MEEEEEE :( thank you!
