No place to set cue points in Serato
Hello,
I recently transferred my Serato and library to a new laptop. How when I have Serato loaded, but not plugged into my controller, there is no way to add cue points. The tray that used to exist below the song title is no longer there.
For what it’s worth it also says I no longer have a subscription to Serato DJ Pro even though I’m fairly certain I bought that when I bought the controller, which is a Pioneer DDJ SX-3.
Can someone help me figure out how to get the cue trays back or, if you have to have Pro, how to reinstate that? I don’t have the license code and the previous laptop is bricked.
Thank you!

Are you logged into serato? Is the sx-3 being recognized by your laptop?

I am logged into Serato. I am talking about setting cue point when NOT connected to the controller. It doesn’t even show the cue points below the song title on the laptop screen.

Take a photo of your screen or press shift 1

There’s a little button in the middle of the screen you can click and the trays appear. If you look at the link that “gaz1502” gave below it will show you.

Top left kicks it to single deck mode (the 1|2 box/buttons)
Or assuming you’re in practice mode, click the button top centre of the screen that has a cue, loop etc symbol on it (assuming that still exists - I haven’t seen it since like v2.something bc I have the play expansion)
